The Glen Club has been available for private functions during the racing season since 1985 but recent improvements and upgrades now allow it to be open for the entire year. The club offers a spacious dining room for up to 200 guests, a full bar and complete kitchen, multi-media audio visual systems and lounge area with a fireplace. Wall-to-wall windows provide guests with a panoramic view of the historic road course and surrounding scenic hillsides. Located high above Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country the Glen Club makes the perfect place for business luncheons, wedding receptions or any special occasion. To reserve the Glen Club please call (607) 535-2486 ext. 256.
The history of the Glen Club dates back almost 50 years to a tent called the "Paddock Club" in 1958. The Club grew to an open-sided building in 1959 and was then upgraded by enclosing the building, adding a small kitchen and renaming it the ¿Onyx Club¿ in 1967. It underwent substantial improvements and was re-named the ¿Glen Club¿ in 1985 when the track re-opened under new management.
Tickets for the entire 2007 Season are on sale now! This includes the Sahlen¿s Six Hours of The Glen Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, June 8-10, the return of open-wheel racing during the Watkins Glen Grand Prix, July 6-8, and the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup and Busch Series at The Glen, August 9-12.
