Crown Royal® Returns to The Glen With Expanded Partnership
Four-Year Agreement Includes Race Entitlement and Naming Rights of Famed Glen Club
Watkins Glen International (WGI) announced today that the Crown Royal brand of Diageo has expanded its partnership with the Soul of American Road Racing. The four-year agreement continues to make Crown Royal the title sponsor of the Crown Royal 200 Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series race in August, as well as Official Spirit of WGI. The deal also includes the renaming of the former historic Glen Club, which held its name for over 20 years, to the newly titled "Crown Royal Club at The Glen."

In addition, the Crown Royal Special Reserve™ brand is the presenting sponsor of the Grand-Am Series. In the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series, Crown Royal is the primary sponsor of the No. 26 Roush Fenway Racing Ford Fusion team driven by Jamie McMurray for 23 races this season, including this weekend at the Glen.

The NASCAR Busch Series is back for a third straight year to compete in the Zippo 200 on Saturday and the stars of the Rolex Sports Car Series take to the track on Friday night in the Crown Royal 200.
