Sahlen’s Renews Title Sponsorship of GRAND-AM Endurance Race
Buffalo-based Sahlen Packing Company extends relationship with multi-year deal

WATKINS GLEN, NY – Sahlen Packing Company, Inc. announced a multi-year renewal of its partnership with Watkins Glen International as title sponsor of the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen GRAND-AM Road Racing Series event. Currently the longest consecutive title sponsorship at The Glen, this season marks the 10th year of this partnership.
“Joe Sahlen and Sahlen Packing Company are strong supporters of The Glen and sports car racing,” said Watkins Glen International President Michael Printup. “As a native of Western New York, it is great to have a regional brand prominently represented at The Glen. The Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen weekend presented the best opportunity to share the news with loyal Glen, GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series and Team Sahlen fans. Sahlen’s support extends beyond this event weekend - Sahlen’s is the official hot dog, sausage and deli meat of Watkins Glen International and sponsors Team Sahlen in the GT class of the Rolex Sports Car Series.
Sahlen Packing Company, a leading producer of premium quality meat products in Western New York, is known for their high quality hot dogs, sausages, and deli meats.
