    Gurney/ Fogarty Take Win at Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen

    In what played out as more of a sprint than an endurance race, the team of Alex Gurney and Jon Fogarty won today's Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen. Driving the #99 Gainsco Auto Insurance Pontiac Riley, they finished 7.069sec ahead of the team of Scott Pruett and Memo Rojas in the #01 TELMEX Lexus Riley.

    Alex Gurney Wins Pole for Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen

    For the second time this season, Alex Gurney earned the pole position for his team driving the No. 99 Gainsco Auto Insurance Gainsco/Bob Stallings Racing Pontiac Riley. Gurney's pole speed of 117.831mph beat out the speed turned in by Scott Pruett driving the No. 01 TELMEX Chip Ganassi with Felix Sabates Lexus Riley (117.308mph).
