    Max Angelelli ran a record lap in qualifying Friday at Watkins Glen International to capture the pole position for Saturday's Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16, only 18 days after a transporter fire destroyed its primary race car and equipment.

    Sahlen's Retains Title Sponsorship of Famed Six Hours Race Through 2010

    Sahlen Packaging Company, the title sponsor of The Glen's June Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series race since 2003, has renewed its partnership with the historic road course for another three years. Sahlen's will continue as the title sponsor of the Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen and is currently the longest running, ongoing title sponsorship at WGI.
