Guests with Disabilities

Ticketing
Wheelchair-accessible reserved seats are available in the FrontStretch grandstand (located at the start/finish line), in the Pit Terrace grandstand, and for the NASCAR Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen only - in the Turn 10 and Turn 11 grandstands. There are also areas reserved for general admission ticket holders with special needs, as well as accessible restrooms and parking.

Parking
During the  NASCAR Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen and Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen weekends, guests with state-issued handicap hangtags and license plates may park in the first row of the free daytime parking lots located just adjacent to the track. Paved handicap parking is available in Lot 4 on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to check the Inbound Traffic Map located here to determine the best access route to access the lot of your choice. For all other weekends, disability parking is available throughout the facility on a first come, first served basis. 

Transportation 
During the NASCAR Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen (August 6-9, 2009) and Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen (July 3-5, 2009) weekends, disability transportation carts (including wheelchair accessible carts) will be available to transport guests with disabilities and one companion to grandstands, the infield, or other destination of choice. This service is provided free of charge. To request a disability transport cart, please contact:
   - Admission gate staff
   - Guest Information booth personnel (See the back pages for the map with booth locations)
   - Parking lot attendant supervisor in accessible parking areas and overflow parking area for individuals with disabilities.
   - Any law enforcement officer, or any other staff member in possession of a radio

Please note that disability transportation carts will take longer to obtain following the end of the race due to high demand and heavy vehicular and foot traffic throughout the facility. WGI will do it's best to respond to our guests and appreciate your patience at that time.
