Ticket Policies & Procedures

All sales are final, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges. 

Watkins Glen International is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed.  Tickets that are stolen will be replaced at no charge only when accompanied with a police report.  Should replacement tickets be issued, they will take precedence over the orginial tickets.

Customers should take care to keep their tickets out of direct sunlight and extreme heat for extended periods of time as some tickets may be printed on thermally activated paper which will turn entirely black under adverse heat conditions.

NASCAR EVENTS
For consideration which Holder acknowledges, Holder expressly agrees:
All Ticket Sales are Final - No Money Refunded - No Exchanges.

In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket will be honored on the date the race is held. The Holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of Watkins Glen International, its affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence.

Holder irrevocably grants to WGI and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media including composite or modified representatives for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims that Holder may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement or copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein.

Tickets and other admissions materials:
- Obtained from sources other than WGI and its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold for any price on raceway property.
- May not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests, sweepstakes or
giveaways) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of WGI.

NASCAR owns all rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means (including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal, digital signal, and the Internet) all images, sounds and data arising from or during any NASCAR Event and NASCAR shall be the sole owner of any and all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and proprietary rights worldwide in and to these works and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise, created from the images, sounds and data arising from or during any NASCAR Event. The bearer of any tickets purchased via this document agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would contravene, diminish, encroach, or infringe upon these NASCAR rights.

INDYCAR EVENTS

The holder of this ticket grants IRL and its designees the right to use the holder’s image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event, including without limitation his/her rights of publicity. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce or recreate the event are reserved by IRL. The holder of this ticket agrees not to take any action, or case others to take any action, which would infringe on IRL’s rights.Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.

RESERVED GRANDSTAND TICKETS

Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen and Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen weekends ONLY. Reserved grandstand tickets offer the same access as a general admission ticket throughout the weekend, with the advantage of also having a reserved seat.

The FrontStretch grandstand is reserved on Saturday and Sunday of the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen weekend and on Sunday of the Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen weekend.

The Pit Terrace grandstand is reserved Saturday and Sunday during the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen and Sunday during the Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen weekend.

All other grandstands are reserved on Sunday during the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen. Children (including toddlers) will need their own reserved seat. For the comfort of all guests, it is not permissible to seat children on a lap.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen is open for general admission seating on Thursday through Sunday. On Sunday, all grandstands are reserved for grandstand ticket holders. There is NO seating for General Admission ticket holders on Sunday. Children 5 and under are free. All non-restricted areas (for example, the viewing berm outside Turn 11, as well as all camping areas) are available for General Admission ticket holders.

Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen event weekend, the Red, White, Blue, Ninety, and McDonald’s Family Grandstands are open for general admission seating Friday through Sunday. The FrontStretch and Pit Terrace grandstands are open for general admission seating on Friday and Saturday only. All non-restricted areas (for example, the viewing berm outside Turn 11, as well as all camping areas) are available for General Admission ticket holders.

Sahlen's, HMP/SCCA, SVRA event weekends: All children 15 years of age and under are admitted free to General Admission areas.  General Admission tickets are also good for Paddock Access during these weekends ONLY.

MCDONALD’S FAMILY ZONE

During our Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen and Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen weekends, the “McDonald’s Family Zone” plays hosts to the track’s interactive McDonald’s Kids’ Zone as well as the McDonald’s Family Grandstand (see below). The Kids’ Zone is always at no charge and features giant Inflatables, age appropriate games, character appearances and prizes. Hours of operation for the McDonald’s Kids’ Zone change daily and are posted on-site. It’s a great family experience! 

MCDONALD’S FAMILY GRANDSTAND

During our Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen and Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen weekends, the “McDonald’s Family Grandstand” provides patrons a non-smoking / non-alcoholic beverages environment with a JumboTron view. Adjacent to the track’s interactive McDonald’s Kids’ Zone, seating in the McDonald’s Family Grandstand is reserved for the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips  at The Glen weekend and is included with General Admission for the Camping World Grand Prix at The Glen weekend.
