Refunds, Exchanges, Lost/Stolen Tickets
All sales are final, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges.
Watkins Glen International is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed. Tickets that are stolen will be replaced at no charge only when accompanied with a police report. Should replacement tickets be issued, they will take precedence over the original tickets.
Customers should take care to keep their tickets out of direct sunlight and extreme heat for extended periods of time as some tickets may be printed on thermally activated paper which will turn entirely black under adverse heat conditions.
