Beers from the Empire State are well represented at the Finger Lakes Beer Festival presented by Finger Lakes Beer Trail on October 25 at Watkins Glen International. The variety of beer has increased in the event’s second year, giving fans who attend the event the opportunity to enjoy some of the finest regional and seasonal brews.

    Marcos Ambrose, driver of the No. 47 STP Toyota, won the Zippo 200 in dominating fashion on Saturday afternoon, August 8. It was the second consecutive win at Watkins Glen International for Ambrose, and the second win of his career.

    Harvick Claims Zippo 200 Pole in Record Setting Style

    2007 Zippo 200 Champion, Kevin Harvick, returned to his winning ways by capturing the pole for this year’s Zippo 200 with a record setting speed. The driver of the No. 33 Copart Chevy Impala SS ran a lap more than half a second faster than the previous record qualifying record which was held by Kurt Busch.
