Q: Will the fire at the The Crown Royal Club at The Glen have any effect on the 2007 racing season at WGI?
A: No. All of our exciting events will run as scheduled including the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series at The Glen, August 9-12.

Q: What can I do if I have already purchased tickets for the The Crown Royal Club at The Glen?
A: We will contact all of our fans that have already purchased The Crown Royal Club at The Glen tickets to answer any of their questions. If you would like to contact us please write racing@theglen.com or call 866-461-RACE.

Q: What should I do if I was planning on purchasing a The Crown Royal Club at The Glen ticket?
A: Please contact our Ticket Office by calling 866-461-RACE. We are currently working very hard on alternatives that will give our fans the unique and special experience that they have come to expect at The Glen.

Q: Will this cause any problems with the Tailgate Zone, Esses Grandstands or Kid Zone?
A: No. These areas were unaffected and will still be available for this upcoming season.

Q: What should I do if I already purchased a ticket for the Tasters' Banquet or Champagne Breakfast during the Finger Lakes Wine Festival?
A: Please still plan on attending, as we will determine an alternate venue to hold these events. If you have any questions, please contact our Ticket Office at 866-461-RACE.

Q: Who should I contact if my group rented the The Crown Royal Club at The Glen for a non-racing special event this year?

Q: What should I do if I purchased a The Crown Royal Club at The Glen package at a charity event or fundraiser and have not redeemed it?

Q: I was a The Crown Royal Club at The Glen customer and want to buy the same type of VIP experience. Is that a possibility?
A: Yes, we are working on a VIP experience for our displaced The Crown Royal Club at The Glen customers that will be just as upscale and exclusive as the The Crown Royal Club at The Glen once was. While we don't know what that experience will be at this point, we assure you that it will be as memorable as the The Crown Royal Club at The Glen has been to fans over the past two decades.

Once a solution for the The Crown Royal Club at The Glen has been determined we will reach out to all of our The Crown Royal Club at The Glen ticket holders to let them know what our plans will be for this season. We are encouraging all of our fans interested in the most exclusive experience at the track, to purchase tickets today before it is too late to guarantee a ticket for the new location.
