Joe Foster won his third GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge pole of the season in qualifying Friday at Watkins Glen International. The principle singer for the Buffalo Sabres, Doug Allen, will perform the Canadian and American anthems during the pre-race of Saturday’s Continental Tire 150 and Sunday’s Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen.
