Watkins Glen International® “The Glen Dog Fan Vote” Official Rules

RULE 1. ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO VOTE
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To vote, you must be a resident of the United States and visit theglen.com/glendog (the “Website”) and follow the online instructions for voting. Voting begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time on March 22, 2022 and ends at 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time on March 29, 2022 (the “Voting Period”). During the Voting Period, you can vote by:

RULE 2. PRIZES

No prizes will be awarded to voters.

RULE 3. VOTING PROCESS

To cast your vote, go to the Website to view the eligible hot dog options (“Hot Dogs”) images and select the ‘vote’ button for one (1) of the three (3) eligible “Hot Dogs” (each ballot submission, a “Vote”). You may only submit 1 vote per unique email address. Once you select “vote”, you will be presented a verification, Opt-In and Terms and Conditions screen. You must accept the Terms and Conditions and complete a verification step for your Vote to count. Once you have been verified, you will be taken to the “thanks for voting” page with the selected “Hot Dogs”. You will then be given the option to share your vote on Facebook and/or Twitter. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means may be void. The use of multiple name variations or other methods to create additional votes by a single individual per day during the Voting Period is prohibited. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the Vote from this Fan Vote as determined in the sole discretion of Watkins Glen International, Inc. d/b/a Watkins Glen International (“WGI”).

RULE 4. VOTING RESULTS

Voting ends at 5:00:00 PM (ET) on March 29, 2022. The Hot Dog that receives the most votes of the Watkins Glen International® “The Glen Dog Fan Vote” will be posted on the Website and on the WGI Twitter account on or around June 1, 2022.

RULE 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

All personally-identifiable information provided during the voting process will be treated in accordance with the https://www.theglen.com/ privacy policy posted here https://www.theglen.com/privacy-policy/. By participating, you agree to these rules, the theglen.com privacy policy, and the decisions of WGI, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this voting. Entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Watkins Glen International, Inc., NASCAR Digital Media, LLC, NASCAR Enterprises, LLC, NASCAR, LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly form entrant’s participation in this vote. WGI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all voting should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of WGI corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the vote. Voting may also be temporarily suspended due to routine site, server or network maintenance. If cancelled or terminated early, WGI will determine the winner by tallying the votes that WGI, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of termination or cancellation. If suspended, WGI will determine the winner by tallying the votes that WGI, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of suspension and the votes accumulated when voting resumes. WGI is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by WGI, participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. WGI may prohibit a participant from taking part in the vote or disqualify a participant’s vote if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other participant or WGI representatives. Void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

CAUTION — ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE OF VOTING MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WGI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH VOTER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
