The Glen A-Z Guide

ADA Accessibility - Parking

During our IMSA and NASCAR race weekends, guests with state-issued handicap hangtags and license plates may park in the first row of the free daytime parking lots located just adjacent to the track. Paved handicap-accessible parking is available in Lot 4 on a first-come, first-served basis. For all other weekends, disability parking is available through the facility on a first-come, first-served basis.

ADA Accessibility - Tickets

During our NASCAR race weekend, all wheelchair seating is a space, and companion seating is bench-style. A maximum of three companion seats can be purchased with the wheelchair-seated customer. To purchase a reserved seat with up to three companions, please select "Reserved Seating" when buying tickets online, or call 1-866-461-RACE (7223).

During all events excluding NASCAR, grandstands are open to general admission ticket holders. All grandstands have wheelchair seating available and may be accessed throughout the entire event.

Accessible seating areas are solely for disabled persons and their companions. By purchasing an accessible seating ticket through Watkins Glen International, you acknowledge that the accessible seating is intended for use by an individual with a mobility or other disability who requires the features of accessible seating due to a disability and that individual's companions. Watkins Glen International reserves the right to investigate potential misuse of accessible seating and take all appropriate action, including, but not limited to, cancellation of your ticket order, against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating. While tickets for accessible seating legitimately purchased for the use of an individual with a disability may be transferred to another individual under the same terms and conditions applicable to other tickets, in the event such ticket is transferred to a non-disabled individual, Watkins Glen International reserves the right to transfer that individual to other seating.

ADA Accessibility - Transportation

During IMSA and NASCAR race weekends, disability transportation carts (including wheelchair-accessible carts) will be available to transport guests with disabilities and one companion to the grandstands, the infield, or other destinations of choice. To request a disability transport cart, please wait until the cart is needed and then call 607-535-3427 or text 69050. Begin the body of the text with WGIFAN, a space, and your request with a location. Please note that disability carts will likely take longer to obtain following the end of the race due to high demand and heavy vehicular and foot traffic throughout the facility.
