• On-site registration is free for all car show participants. Owners can sign up upon arrival and will receive a free drink voucher as a thankyou for their participation.
• No pre-registration required — just show up and display your car!

• People’s Choice Award: Attendees will vote for their favorite car throughout the event.
• Voting will be done via paper ballots or a simple on-site system. Guests can walk around and choose their favorite car of the evening
• Winner Announcement: The winner of the “People’s Choice Award” and "Visions Choice Award" will be announced at 6:45 PM, with a special prize or trophy awarded.

• Premium parking spots will be available for car show participants near the event area. This ensures the vehicles are front-and-center for all attendees to enjoy.
• Ensure there’s plenty of space for guests to mingle around the cars, take photos, and ask owners questions.

Enjoy live performances from local artists or bands, playing from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM while admiring the vehicles.

PEOPLE'S CHOICE VOTING

• Attendees will vote for their favorite car throughout the evening at designated voting stations around the Mission Party Deck.
• Voting will close at 6:30 PM to allow time to tally votes and announce the winner by 6:45 PM.

• The winner of the "People’s Choice Award" and "Visions Choice Award" will receive a special trophy or prize to recognize their top-tier car.
