Join us for a relaxing evening of classic cars, live music, and friendly competition at the Mission Party Deck! Motors & Music brings together car enthusiasts and music lovers in a unique event at the track.

Food and beverages are available for purchase at the Mission Party Deck.

CAR SHOW REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

• On-site registration is free for all car show participants. Owners can sign up upon arrival and will receive a free drink voucher as a thank you for their participation. 
• No pre-registration required — just show up and display your car!

CATEGORIES & AWARDS

• People’s Choice Award: Attendees will vote for their favorite car throughout the event.
• Voting will be done via paper ballots or a simple on-site system. Guests can walk around and choose their favorite car of the evening
• Winner Announcement: The winner of the “People’s Choice Award” and "Visions Choice Award" will be announced at 6:45 PM, with a special prize or trophy awarded.

CAR SHOW SETUP

• Premium parking spots will be available for car show participants near the event area. This ensures the vehicles are front-and-center for all attendees to enjoy.
• Ensure there’s plenty of space for guests to mingle around the cars, take photos, and ask owners questions.

EVENT SCHEDULE

• 4:45 pm - 5:30pm: Arrival for Car Show Participants
• 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Live Music Performance
• 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Car Show Voting
• 7:15 pm: Car Show Winner Announced
